1) புறக்காலத்தியல் (The Science of Physical Time) 2) அகக்காலத்தியல் (The Science of Psychological Time) என்று இரண்டு தொகுதிகளாக (Volumes) பிரிக்கப்பட்டு , மொத்தம் 56 தமிழ் அறிவியல் ஆய்வு இயல்களாக 950 பக்கங்களில் உருவாக்கம் பெற்றுள்ள இந்நூல் தமிழர் ஆழ்அறிவியல் வீழ்ச்சியின் மீட்பாகத் திகழ்கின்றது.

This book titled “Tamilar Hermeneutic Logical Wisdom of Time” does not give space for a narrow perspective. It neither deviates from scientific truth nor distorts the rich tradition of Tamils. It is an earnest attempt to disclose Tamilar’s physical and psychological science and philosophy without marring the very spirit of the tradition. Tamilar time science with its empirical evidence is comparable to modern science. This book attempts to see Tamilar’s cultural values through physical science and psychological approaches. It is published in two volumes; The first volume speaks on physical time while the second volume expounds on psychological time. The first volume comprises Tamilar's prediction of the sidereal year, prediction of the month, sexagesimal-base 60-year prediction, weekly and one-day prediction where Tamilar’s physical time is explained accordingly. Tamilar physical time values are explained through a scientific and psychological approach and the few chapters with the support of valid points, disapprove of the “Tamil New Year in the month of Thai”.
